基于数字孪生的施工安全风险耦合关系分析

摘要:

当前施工安全管理缺乏真正有效的信息物理融合方法,安全风险分析没有考虑风险因素的相互作用. 因此,提出基于数字孪生的施工安全风险管理框架,构建数字孪生施工安全风险耦合模型. 该模型集成了物联网、建筑信息模型,并结合 Apriori 算法和复杂网络的安全风险分析方法. 可实现施工过程中多源信息的实时感知和虚实交互,挖掘施工安全风险因素之间的关联规律和耦合关系,以动态数据的形式识别安全风险. 在安置区项目中进行应用,有效保证了施工安全.

At present, the construction safety management lacks a truly effective cyber-physical fusionmethod, and the safety risk analysis does not consider the interaction of risk factors. Therefore, aconstruction safety risk management framework based on digital twin is proposed, and a digital twinconstruction safety risk coupling model is constructed. The model integrates the Internet of things andbuilding information model, and combines Apriori algorithm and complex network security risk analysismethod. It can realize the real-time perception and virtual-actual interaction of multi-source informationin the construction process, mine the correlation and coupling relationship between construction safetyrisk factors, and identify safety risks in the form of dynamic data. The application in the resettlement areaproject effectively ensures the construction safety.
