面向复杂环境波纹板加固施工的数字孪生管理方法

摘要:

针对复杂环境下波纹板加固施工质量安全风险高的问题,提出基于数字孪生的高效管理方法. 以新建成渝中线铁路加固施工项目为例,分析了地质特点带来的施工难点. 针对施工难点和数字孪生的技术理念总结了数字孪生的应用价值. 在此基础上,系统地提出了基于数字孪生的波纹板加固施工管理架构. 以施工全过程时间线作为依据,建立了集成前期规划、实时监控、模拟预测、风险评估和后期优化的数字孪生五维模型. 在该理论方法的驱动下实现施工方案的优化与质量安全的控制. 面向施工过程,针对波纹钢板加工和安装两个主要施工工序进行了孪生模型驱动下的技术分析. 实践表明,所提理论方法可有效提高施工效率和质量,降低施工成本,确保施工安全.

Aiming at the problem of high quality and safety risk of corrugated plate reinforcementconstruction in complex environment, an efficient management method based on digital twin is proposed.Taking the reinforcement construction project of newly built Yuzhong Railway as an example, theconstruction difficulties caused by geological characteristics are analyzed. The application value of digitaltwin is summarized according to the construction difficulties and the technical concept of digital twin. Onthis basis, the construction management framework of corrugated plate reinforcement based on digital twinis systematically proposed. Based on the time line of the whole construction process, a digital twin five-dimensional model integrating pre-planning, real-time monitoring, simulation prediction, risk assessmentand post-optimization is established. Driven by this theoretical method, the optimization of constructionscheme and the control of quality and safety are realized. Aiming at the construction process, thetechnical analysis driven by the twin model is carried out for the two main construction processes ofcorrugated steel plate processing and installation. The practice shows that the proposed theoretical methodcan effectively improve the construction efficiency and quality, reduce the construction cost and ensurethe construction safety.
