地下连续墙防绕流水囊设计与施工

摘要:

在富水软弱地层地下连续墙施工过程中,墙体接头防绕流措施是增强地下连续墙整体刚度和防渗性能,提高墙体施工质量的关键. 依托佛山地铁绿岛湖中站工程,在传统防绕流措施的基础上提出新型防绕流水囊技术,通过水囊对工字钢腹板内部进行填充,封堵混凝土绕流通道,提供软弱土层临时支撑. 相比传统防绕流措施,采用防绕流水囊技术后,地下连续墙浇筑速率、工字钢接头施工质量和整体防水性能显著提高.

In the process of construction of underground diaphragm wall in water-rich and weak strata, theanti-flow around measures of wall joint are the key to enhance the overall stiffness and anti-seepageperformance of the underground diaphragm wall and improve the construction quality of the wall. Based onthe project of Lüdao Lake Middle Station of Foshan Metro, a new type of anti-flow around water sactechnology is proposed on the basis of traditional anti-flow around measures. The water sac is used to fillthe interior of the I-shaped steel web, block the concrete circulation channel, and provide temporarysupport for the soft soil layer. Compared with the traditional anti-flow around measures, the pouring rateof underground diaphragm wall with anti-flow around water sac technology is significantly improved, andthe construction quality and overall waterproof performance of I-steel joints of underground diaphragm wallare significantly improved.
