超小净距并行盾构隧道施工安全控制技术研究

摘要:

为解决超小净距并行盾构施工安全掘进的技术难题,依托苏州地铁 7 号线枫红区间隧道工程,针对其超小净距交互影响问题,创新采用了“MJS 咬合隔离墙+洞内径向深孔注浆+先隧道同步支顶+后行盾外克泥效注浆”的小净距并行盾构施工新型保护体系;自主研发了具有伺服精准控制、自动行走、大角度爬坡、小曲线转弯功能的同步平衡支顶系统;对外部荷载、夹层土水平位移、管片收敛、管线沉降进行监测分析,并揭示了不同条件下并行穿越附加荷载、夹层土水平位移变化规律及影响范围. 最终实现了超小净距并行盾构施工安全控制.

In order to solve the technical problem of safe tunneling in ultra-small spacing parallel shieldconstruction, based on the Fenghong section tunnel project of Suzhou Metro Line 7, aiming at theproblem of ultra-small spacing interaction, a new protection system for small spacing parallel shieldconstruction is innovatively adopted, which is “MJS interlocking isolation wall + radial deep hole groutingin tunnel + synchronous support of tunnel first + mud effect grouting outside shield later”. A synchronousbalance roof support system with servo precise control, automatic walking, large angle climbing and smallcurve turning function was independently developed. The external load, horizontal displacement ofinterlayer soil, segment convergence and pipeline settlement were monitored and analyzed, and thevariation law and influence range of parallel crossing additional load and horizontal displacement ofinterlayer soil under different conditions were revealed. Finally, the safety control of ultra-small spacingparallel shield construction is realized.
