基于轨道质量指数的地铁预制板道床动态精调施工技术研究

摘要:

为保证地铁运营的舒适性,以深圳地铁 16 号线预制板轨道工程为例,围绕铁路轨道质量指数(TQI)开展了一系列调整与优化过程研究,并建立了相对完备的参数标准、数据采集、分析处理及优化调整技术体系,显著提高了焊轨后区间无缝线路的平顺度,有效解决了地铁轨道工程中因铺设预制轨道板、25m 标准轨排导致的整体轨道不平顺. 结合工程实例对 TQI 在城市轨道交通结构施工中的应用重难点问题进行了分析.

In order to ensure the comfort of subway operation, taking the prefabricated slab track projectof Shenzhen Metro Line 16 as an example, a series of adjustment and optimization processes were carriedout based on the railway track quality index ( TQI ), and a relatively complete technical system ofparameter standard, data acquisition, analysis and optimization adjustment was established, whichsignificantly improves the smoothness of seamless lines in the section after rail welding, and effectivelysolves the technical problems of overall track irregularity caused by laying prefabricated track plates and25m standard track banks in subway track engineering. Combined with engineering examples, the keyand difficult problems of the application of TQI in the construction of urban rail transit structure areanalyzed.
