低负温下灌浆施工缺陷对套筒连接性能的影响研究

摘要:

装配式混凝土剪力墙结构连接形式主要为灌浆套筒连接,灌浆套筒连接节点性能对剪力墙力学性能有很大影响. 在施工过程中,套筒易出现灌浆施工缺陷,特别是在低负温环境下,更易发生施工缺陷. 对 15 个低负温环境下施工的半灌浆套筒进行拉拔试验,以不同灌浆料中部缺陷程度为试验变量,研究各试件的破坏模式、荷载-位移曲线、承载能力、变形能力及黏结强度等,分析了不同缺陷程度对半灌浆套筒力学性能的影响规律,评价了半灌浆套筒连接接头性能. 建立了考虑灌浆缺陷的有限元模型,数值模拟结果与试验结果符合较好.

The structural connection form of prefabricated concrete shear wall is mainly grouting sleeveconnection, and the performance of the grouting sleeve connection has a great impact on the mechanicalproperties of shear wall. In the construction process, sleeve is prone to have the grouting defects,especially in the low temperature environment, its construction defects are more likely to occur. Pull-outtests were carried out on 15 semi-grouting sleeves constructed in low negative temperature environment.The failure mode, load-displacement curve, bearing capacity, deformation capacity and bond strength ofeach specimen were studied with different defects in the middle of grouting material as test variables. Theinfluence of different defects on the mechanical properties of semi-grouting sleeves was analyzed, and theperformance of semi-grouting sleeve joints was evaluated. A finite element model considering the groutingdefects was established, and the simulation results conformed well with the test results.
